T-Plax capsule contains Terminalia Species;Terminalia Arjuna, Terminalia bellerica&Terminalia chebula.TerminaliaArjuna acts as a “cardiac tonic” Terminalia bellerica has been used as a “health-harmonizer” in combination with Terminalia chebula and Emblica officinalis.

Indication:
Cardiac tonic: hyperlipidemia, cardiovascular & cerebrovascular risk reduction.
Liver tonic: Jaundice, acute viral hepatitis, indigestion, anorexia.
Haematinic: Nutritional anaemia
Mechanism of action:
T-Plax contains Tapyadi lauh (Generic) ayurvedic formulation- Haritaki, Vibhitaki, Aamalki, Shunti, marich, Pippali, Chitrakmul, Vidanga, Musta, pippalimul, Devadaru, Daruharidra, Twak, Chavya, Shilajatu, Swarnamakshik bhasma, Lauha bhasma and Mandoor bhasma.
The Tapyadi lauha acts on Jatharagni (Bile), Hridaya (Heart) and Raktdhatu (Blood Components). It works as Rasayan (Health harmonizer), Pachak-Dipak (carminative & stomachic).
Tapyadilauh helps in rasa-raktadidhatuvardhan,Inshort improves blood circulation and effective in disorders due to low blood supply.
Aarogyavardhini (Generic) ayurvedic formulation- It consists of Haritaki, vibhitaki, Amalaki, Silajatu-Suddha, Guggulu Shuddha, Eranda, Katuka, Nimba, Shuddha Rasa, Shuddha Gandhaka, Lauha bhasma, Abhraka bhasma and Tamra bhasma.
Arogyavardhini acts on Medadhatu (Lipids), blood vessels and work as a medopachak. It has anti-oxidant, anti-inflamatory&hypolipidemic property.
According to Ayurveda’s lipid is termed as Medodhatu therefore any drug, which will be working on Medodhatu known as Medopachak. There is a group of drugs such as Medoghna which decreases the Medodhatu (lipid), Lekhana which one helps in reducing body mass and Kaphaghna which acts on phlegm. All these demonstrate the antilipidemic activity and commonest among them are Amalki (Emblica officinalis), Vibhitaki (Terminalia chebula), Haritaki (Terminalia belerica), vidang (embellia ribes), Musta (cyperus rotundus), Chitrak(Plumbago zylenica) and guggul (Commiphor amukul) the blend of herbs are rich in generic formulation i.e. Arogyavardhini&Tapyadi lauha hence it shows potent antilipidemic action.
Potent Cardio-protective: T-Plax Terminalia Arjuna extract exerts a positive inotropic and hypotensive effect, increases the coronary artery flow and protects the myocardium against ischemic damage.
Potent Neuro-protective: Acorus Calamus &Tinosporia cordifolia acts as brainpower enhancer, It acts as nervine tonic in stroke.
Antihypertensive, Hypolipidemic& Blood component metaboliser: Extract of Cyperus rotundus, Hemidesmus indicus, cissampelos pareira&borhavia diffusa acts as a blood component metabolizer. Arogyavardhini helps to secret the bile from liver into small intestine to bind the fat and excrete it without being absorbed thus shows hypolipidemic action. As per Ayurveda’s text, it has a Raktapachak (blood metabolizer) properties that overall reduces clot formation by normalising the action and levels of the blood components; RBCs, WBCs & Platelet and lowers blood lipid levels, which contributes to hypertension.
Potent Hepatoprotective: As per Ayu’s text Arogyavardhini is an active remedy for hepatic disorder and shows hepatoprotective action. It helps to regulate the function of heart, liver, spleen & intestine. Arogyavardhini is beneficial for acute viral hepatitis.
GI Action: Arogyavardhini regulates GI enzyme secretion and helps in indigestion, loss of apetite, nausea vomiting. It has laxative & diuretic action that eliminates toxins out of the body and regulates normal bowel function.
Blood: Tapyadi lauh&Arogyavardhini acts on blood component showing metabolic action and helps to regulate the action of blood component (RBCs, WBCs & Platelet). It is useful in nutritional anaemia.
Antioxidant: T-Plax combination of extract has very strong micronutrient antioxidant properties. It helps in general weakness/Asthenia/loss of strength.

Special Precautions & Warnings;
Pregnancy and breast-feeding: There is some evidence that Terminalia arjuna is POSSIBLY UNSAFE during pregnancy. The safety of the other two species during pregnancy is unknown. It’s best to avoid using any Terminalia species.
There isn’t enough information about the safety of Terminalia during breast-feeding. Stay on the safe side and avoid use.
It is to be avoided in children
In higher dose it may cause gastritis.
Capsule should not be taken on empty stomach.
